The following areas are out of bounds: railway line; public roads; pavements and the ground beyond; all land outside course perimeter fences, walls and white boundary posts between rear of 18th green and clubhouse area; car park, paved and gravelled areas surrounding clubhouse; the boundary at 15th exit opening is a line taken between the inner edges of strainer posts.
A ball crossing over the wall between the 8th and 9th holes or the railway line and coming to rest on the other side is out of bounds.
A ball lying on a gravel or stone path may be played as it lies or dropped without penalty at the nearest point of relief.
The following are immovable obstructions as referred to in the rules of golf: watering points at greens and course maintenance equipment; direction points, fixed distance and tee markers, fixed and loose seats, stiles, steps and shelter; practice putting green and railings and practice net including guy ropes; water taps at 13th green and 15th green.
Staked and fenced trees (rabbit guards to be regarded as fences) – a ball lying within 2 club lengths of such trees must be lifted and dropped (but not nearer the hole) so as to avoid damage to trees.
Grass cuttings piled in heaps will be treated as G.U.R.
The practice area is an integral part of the course.
Stones in bunkers
When out on the course, mobile phones are to be used for emergencies only.
The RULES OF GOLF will apply generally on the course.
Please avoid slow play at all times.
